Oh, Baby! XTREME! all day childbirth preparation class, will be offered from 10 am to 5 pm on Saturday, Nov. 15 and again on Dec. 6. Expectant parents may choose to attend the weekly session or the all day “XTREME!” session.

Both class sessions include discussions of signs and stages of labor and birth, medication choices during labor, obstetric technology, breathing and relaxation coping techniques, active birthing techniques and more. A tour of the Women and Children’s Center is included.

The fee is $60 for either session for the expectant mother and birth partner and includes the class sessions and materials. However, no one is turned away for the lack of ability to pay. Preregistration is required. For more information or to register, call Perinatal Education Coordinator Pam Hood at 258- or 348-BABY (2229) or go to www.sarahbush.org.
